Refund policy
We can only accommodate refunds in the case that we accidentally send the wrong item.
Once your order has been placed, please allow 3 business days for us to bake your items. Once your items have been prepared, they ship out the following morning.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package has left our bakery to go to the carrier service, it is no longer in our control.
If your package is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, check your order to confirm that the address typed was correctly. If so, please contact your local post office or speak to a mail person.
Returns
We do not accept returns on baked goods because all items are baked made to order.
